Who is Behind ATOL?
Aasmi Bhasin, the founder of ATOL, is a psychology student, artist, poet, and fashion storyteller.
Since childhood, she’s been obsessed with texture, feeling, and form—mixing pieces from her mother’s wardrobe and losing track of time while painting. Her love for poetry, art and introspection became the soul of ATOL.
With a deep curiosity about the human mind and a sensitivity toward beauty in all its quiet forms, Aasmi created ATOL as a bridge between feeling and design, where fashion becomes a language for what we feel but cannot always say.
What Inspires Her?
The human psyche inspires ATOL.
Each collection begins not with trends, but with questions:
What truths emerge when your inhibitions fade?
Do we project our feelings onto an art piece?
What is our identity outside our roles?
How does desire shape our decisions?
How do we differentiate between destiny and chance?
Can ease and attachment coexist?
These questions become poems. The poems become artworks. The artworks become garments. Every ATOL piece is born from this process—slow, thoughtful, and emotionally rich.
